Much of our cleaning technology is in the effective placement of the right style nozzle.  CDF Industries also carefully sizes pumps to ensure 360° part coverage taking into consideration "blind holes" as well.

Utilizing oil coalescing technology and high temp oil splitting, CDF Industries is able to greatly extend bath life.  Fewer solution changes mean using less chemical over time and less down time.

Our water-based chemistry was specially developed and tested with our own manufacturing clients.  Our cleaners have been tested on different metals, alloys and plastics with years of proven, consistent success.  We still custom blend for certain applications-- getting the right results are important to us.
