Water Based Parts Washer
CDF Industries designs and fabricates industrial rotary drum washers ranging in drum sizes from 10" to 40" diameters. Rotary drum washers are useful for large volumes of parts that need to be cleaned and/or dryed. Rotary drum washers can be custom engineered with single wash stages or with multiple stages to accommodate a complete wash, rinse & dry cycle. Every machine is designed with the same principles in mind: maximum efficiency, minimum floor space and easy maintenance.
CDF Industries designs complete systems. We custom fabricate conveyance shaker tables and conveyor feeds for inlet to the the rotary drum washer or for outlet. We will also work with other manufacturers for a seamless fit between our washers and their conveyance systems.
